SUGGESTED USE: 1 packet taken 1 to 2 times daily with water on an empty stomach or as directed by a health care professional. Do not exceed two (2) packets per day. It may be advisable to take this product in cycles: 4 to 6 weeks on, then 4 to 6 weeks off. |
